Dispatch Audio: Gunfight in Warren, robbery suspect loses, ends up leaking from gunshot wounds

January 22, 2020 By Motor City 911

Sherman & Mullin

Warren (3:00AM): Warren Police were called to Sherman & Mullin early Wednesday morning on reports of a robbery/shooting. .

According to reports, a 22 year old male was returning from a concert when he was approached by another 22 year old man, who didn’t go to a concert. An argument developed during the meeting and the non-concert going 22 year old attempted to rob the more socially adept 22 year old…that plan didn’t come together as hoped.

Shots were exchanged because, surprise, the concert going 22 year old was also armed. During the exchange of gunfire, the 22 year old non-concert going and socially inept robber was boinked in the leg and arm by rounds fired by the victim.

The suspect, now leaking from a GSW to the leg and the arm, hobbled away thinking “I really need to get a f****** job” but was found by responding Warren PD officers inside a vehicle @ Lorraine & Toepfer. Warren Fire and medics were dispatched to the scene and conveyed the wounded bonehead to the hospital where he’s in stable condition. The victim was unharmed and planning on attending another concert.

The leaking bad guy will probably be housed in the Macomb County Jail where EVERYDAY is a happy-happy joy-joy filled day.
