Comerica Bank Robbery – Downtown Detroit
The Comerica Bank in the Fisher Building was robbed this morning at about 10:30AM. The suspect was described as a black male, bald, no facial hair and wearing a tan jacket. A vehicle description was not provided.

The suspect was tracked heading east on the I-94, eventually ending up in the area of Mt Elliot & Garfield. Multiple Detroit Police units responded to the area. Tracking led police to 3 different locations on Mt Elliot & Garfield. A vehicle parked on Garfield & Meldrum was also checked for a possible connection to the suspect.

Michigan State Police’s helicopter Trooper 2 was en route with officials to the scene at Mt Elliot & Garfield but were cancelled @ 12:15PM when 2 suspects were taken into custody at 4610 Mt Elliot.
