Detroit’s East Side 1003PM 7.24.24: Detroit Fire was dispatched to 12201 Harper on reports of a commercial building fire. Squad 6 was first on the fire scene and reported the first engine would be stretching. Battalion Chief 3 had incident command. Chief 3 reported a small fire in a commercial building and canceled the commercial assignment, leaving the standard box on scene.
