This Isn’t The First Time
In 2012 a 34 year old man was killed after climbing a utility pole in an attempt to steal $50.00 worth of copper wiring from a transformer.
In that incident on Detroit’s west side, authorities believe the dead man was with others in the theft attempt.
Those accomplices bailed following the electrocution and left the man hanging dead from the utility pole.
Video below is from the 2012 incident.
